Laughter yoga is a set of playful laughter exercises and deep breathing techniques that connects you with your inner child and increases lung capacity. Although not many actual yoga poses are involved- it is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and grounded. Laughter yoga is open to all ages and can be modified for all abilities.
